My Service

Choosing the right Therapist can be daunting.  It is vital that you feel comfortable with your Therapist and for this reason I offer a FREE 30 MINUTE CONSULTATION. This gives you time to meet me and decide if I am the right person to help you.  It also allows me the opportunity to ensure I have the right skills to help you.

Thereafter, therapy sessions last approximately 1 hour.  Sessions run at your pace and there are no rules about how many or often you must see me.

I practice at various locations including my own private practice in Bibury in the Coln Valley plus Cirencester and Cheltenham.

I work from Cirencester Hypnotherapy and Health Centre, 84 Dyer Street, Cirencester, Glos, GL7 2PF and The Isbourne Centre, Isbourne House 3 Wolseley Terrace, Cheltenham, GL50 1TH.

I will provide a safe place where you can share your thoughts and feelings, without interruption. I will listen, without judgement. We will work in confidence.

When you contact me we will agree on the best location to meet.

Fees:  I charge £70 per hour and offer appointments face to face, online (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp) and telephone  appointments.  Concessions are available and we can talk about this during your free initial consultation.
